please help me! Dawlish area

hi
i am wondering if any one knows how the fishing is going in dawlish as i am going there next week for a week and i am hoping to do plenty of fishing.
but there is one problem as to these things:

1. what rigs,tecniques to use
2. what bait to use
3. where the best places in the area is to fish off

but please help as this is urgent

there may still be some flounder and maybe some plaice about so flowing rigs with plenty of bling and worm
dogs are bound to be about so any hook any bait

and try squid or lug on a 3/0 in closer for a bass, well you have to be optomistic
