round up of rules

from what i gather the rules are so far,
any type of fishing with a rod from any venue, fish must be caught by your self, photographic evidence and weight must be provided, voting will be done at the end of the month byall members except for people taking part and finaly we relie on peoples honesty not to cheat with the fish and to be honest and fair with the voting
